The Alternative Ending: The Dance Between Us

Alva's Butterfly

I’ve been toying with the idea that perhaps Lukas doesn’t forgive Alva? Why would he? And even if he did, would he have forgiven her daughter?

A room of dead bodies, hanging by rope, does challenge the question, Nature or Nurture?

Do you think he should have killed Alva? Do you think he should have killed Lily and left Alva? Or do you think he should have done what Martha asked and killed both, then carried on his life as a witch hunter?

Or maybe you see another ending that I don’t. I’d love to hear from you. If there is enough interest in one or the other, I’ll write it up. Maybe Lily grows up, and her destiny still stays intact, and I should do a book 2…

Tell me what you think.

Thank you for your feedback!

Thank you so much for letting me know what you think. I’ll definitely put together something once I have an idea of what you and the other readers have in mind. It could be a an alternative ending, that I might post, or perhaps a whole second book. Time will tell!

You think Lukas should have killed them and gone with Martha? Or do you think Lily will still be doomed, even with a better childhood?
